Our simple, two week routine is called Composure On Command.
✅ The Agreement - we help players get clear and DECIDE how they WANT to respond after bad moments. (Seems simple but it is crucial for THEM to declare they want a different response).
✅ The 13 Day Routine - from there, we simply help them REHEARSE the feeling they want to feel after the inevitable set backs they'll face on game day. The routine consists of a short affirmation in the morning, and short guided audio/visualization and another short affirmation in the evening.
All exercises can be completed in just a few mins a day.
✅ Daily training videos - we also have mini trainings each day (2-3 mins), with strategies from Coach Clint on how to handle adversity and be less bothered , and clips from Jocko Willink, Mookie Betts and more.
